My Besties UK challenge - Anything Goes

Good Morning and welcome back to the latest challenge at Besties UK ... today we have a new challenge the theme is

Anything Goes

You can enter the challenge here 'My Besties UK' we have some fab digis as prizes and a special priced digi available to purchase, the rules are up to 3 entries with a Bestie Image and one without so you can enter up to 4 times ....

This is my design team card for the challenge, I had to make a card for a friend who is having a baby soon and I fell in love with this image (IMG747) she is just so cute.  I have recently been to America and bought these beautiful papers while I was there....  This is a simple card and requires few tools and only 3 pieces of paper, I have included the making up instructions below...



1 sheet white A4 card
1/2 sheet pale green core'dinations card  - JoAnns
1/2 sheet double sided 12 x 12 paper - JoAnns
White card for printing
Perfect Pearls - Tim Holtz


Spellbinders Scalloped Ovals
Spelbinders Plain Ovals
Memory Box Catalina Border
Woodware flower punch
Faber Castel Polychromos Pencils

To Make it up

Take A4 card and fold in half, cut to 14.5 cm square
Take green card and cut square 14.5cm square
Take patterned paper and cut to 14cm square then cut into 4 equal pieces
Affix the square of paper to the green card turning over so the the square are opposite
Affix the ribbon across the centre and affix this finished piece to the white folded card
Cut the catalina border from the remaining paper and affix over pink squares with patterned side up you may need to snip bits off to make it fit
Cut a green oval from the largest scalloped oval affix a loop of ribbon to each side in the centre
Affix this to the card centring over the pink ribbon
Print the image 4 to a page then cut out with the largest plain oval.
Colour with Pencils, affix to the green oval with tape or glue.
Punch flowers from remaining paper and layer up plain side then patterned side affix 3 at the bottom and one at the top.
Using perfect pearls add centres to flowers and swirls to card

Moon - Light chrome yellow - 106, cadmium yellow - 107, light purple pink - 128, orange glaze - 113, cadmium orange - 115
Face - light purple pink - 128, light flesh - 152, cinnamon - 189, medium flesh 131, 
Eyes - earth green yellowish -  168, may green - 170
Hair - van dycke brown - 176
Clothes - pink madder lake - 125, may green 170
